We want to say a huge well done to Armanie, who was invited on to Kanshi TV! Armanie talked in Punjabi about her hobbies, retinoblastoma and the squats challenge she did for CHECT back in 2020.
Armanie’s mum Aazmeen says, “Armanie starts talking about eye cancer and the challenge at 30.00 minutes onwards to 33.33.
Armanie talks about Kriti having eye cancer and raising awareness via the January squat challenge. The presenter then talks about her daughter having health conditions and the importance of talking about it freely. The presenter then states that this should be the moral of the programme and compliments Armanie for raising awareness at such a young age and tells the audience if a younger person can raise awareness, so can you.
In the second part during minutes 35.50 to 36.50, Armanie is asked what she wants be when she grows up and she replies that she would like to be an Oncology paediatrician. She says she would like research about cancer as her mum, sister and grandad suffered with eye cancer. She also mentions that’s her grandad suffered from sarcoma cancer too. The presenter is amazed by her positivity and passion and determine on the subject.”
